Manhattan Valley Development Corporation (MVDC) is a community-based not-for-profit housing developer and multi family management organizations

Our mission is to preserve and improve the Manhattan Valley and West Harlem communities through housing rehabilitation and construction, a revision of neighborhood based social services, and coordination of neighborhood economic development activities.

We are committed to the preservation and development of affordable housing and services in low-income neighborhoods.
